By accessing or using Blacksheeps.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Blacksheeps.ai is a marketplace platform that connects content creators with brands for paid content campaigns. The Platform facilitates campaign discovery, content creation coordination, view tracking, and payments between creators and brands.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Earnings Disclaimer

Any earnings estimates, projections, or calculations shown on the Platform are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of income. Actual earnings depend on multiple factors including but not limited to: content quality, audience engagement, brand campaign availability, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Creator Obligations

• Create original content that complies with brand guidelines
• Disclose sponsored content as required by local advertising regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent activities including fake views or engagement
• Maintain active social media accounts in good standing

6. Brand Obligations

• Provide clear and accurate campaign briefs
• Fund campaign escrow accounts before campaign launch
• Comply with local advertising and consumer protection laws
• Respect creator content rights as outlined in campaign agreements

7. Payments and Fees

• Blacksheeps charges a 5% platform fee on creator withdrawals
• Brand payments are held in escrow and released based on verified views
• Creators can withdraw earnings via supported payment methods
• All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting content through a Blacksheeps campaign, creators grant the brand a limited license to use the content as specified in the campaign brief.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blacksheeps.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
